Horrible taste and poor customer service
Submitted 08-26-19
clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Whirlpool.com
I bought this filter through Best Buy subscription service. Please be aware that Whirlpool will not honor anything sold by a third party. I would say however, if you are not willing to honor it from the third party, your quality and logistic control is horrible. A good company would want the filter that I bought and research it and found out what was wrong with it and try to stop if it is not a legitimate product of yours. A good company would also replace it for trouble going through this. I will have to say I will try to avoid Whirlpool products as much as I can with this quality of product and service. I did not use the filter for 6 months and the complained about it, it was two weeks and it did have a bad taste. Would you want as a company to resolve this so it doesn't happen to other consumers? Do you want to build brand loyalty to build trust that in the future if I buy any Whirlpool family product that I expect it to work and work well?
